This review of Leslie Dow with Round Table Realty is coming BEFORE we even get to the closing table on our new home. We were first introduced to Leslie through a mutual acquaintance. We were in the market for a new home in the St. Johns, FL area but still had questions where we wanted to live, what style home, what sort of amenities, budget we wanted to stay within, must have home features and so on. Most of the typical items a potential home buyer is thinking about.Leslie was patient, informative, persistent, excited, honest and a great communicator. All aspects that are needed at different times of the buying process. I cannot sing her praises enough. Not only did she go above and beyond taking us from property to property (even when she knew it wouldn’t be the right fit), she helped us narrow down our search results, communicated with the sellers as if she was the one buying the property and had a personal stake in the deal. Not just because she wanted to make a commission, but to ensure we had the right home for our family needs. Our needs were put above her potential commission throughout the entire process. Don’t get me wrong, we are very glad she ultimately gets paid for all the work she has done!Her persistence and communication style IS the reason we found the current home we are under contract for. What is most incredible, is the home is in a neighborhood we thought we didn’t want to live in and a home we thought impossible to find within our budget. Without Leslie, I am confident, we would not be where we are in the process. I cannot sing Leslie’s praises or recommend her more. While she is our agent on the buyer’s side for this transaction, I have heard she is just as wonderful on the selling side as well. She knows her worth, knows her market, knows her properties and knows how to treat people. Anyone can say they are a realtor and go through the motions, but a true test of someone’s ability to be an exceptional realtor, they must have the characteristics that Leslie possesses. We are truly honored and blessed to have had her in our corner and cannot wait for closing day and to move into our new home.

She was an amazing agent for us as buyers … She went exceedingly above and beyond. When the sellers agent was lacking, Leslie stepped in to get things done. She was ALWAYS prompt at showings and when she wasn’t available, she had someone ready to fill in. She always took care of every detail and kept us informed about each property and every process. Every bid that we made she offered creative ideas to help with the multiple bid situations of this market. She is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She helped us through some lows and then the end buy. We Couldn’t have navigated this crazy real estate market with out her. She was just Amazing!!
